BANK OF SCOTLAND FoundationMoray MSP, Richard Lochhead, and MP, Angus Robertson, have welcomed news of a 7 thousand pound boost for Findhorn Village Centre.

Richard Lochhead MSP said:

“ The Findhorn Village Centre acts as a community hub for a wide range of activities. It is great to see them getting a financial boost from the Bank of Scotland Foundation's Small Grants Programme.

“ I know the grant will be put to excellent use for the benefit of Findhorn Village, the wider community and the many visitors to the area.”

Angus Robertson MP said:

“ It is fantastic to see local organisations getting a boost from grant awarding bodies such as the Bank of Scotland Foundation. facilities like the Village Centre at Findhorn are at the heart of communities the length and breadth of Moray and they very much deserve these types of awards to enhance their activity.

“ There are just a few more days left for applications in the final tranche of 2011 in the Bank of Scotland’s Foundation Grant Scheme and if anyone has a project in mind they have until Friday 15th to submit a bid.”
